These terms apply to the Ambi app, published by MV Software (France). By using Ambi you agree to them. If you obtained Ambi from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

The service

Ambi is provided as is, and it can change or stop at any time.

The chat

The chat's answers are generated by AI and can be wrong.

Purchases

Any purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play and follows their terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service.

Use

Don't use Ambi for anything unlawful or to disrupt the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.
